Using Google Form

Super easy! Use Google Form!!

Go to your Google drive
Click on "Create" then choose "form"

Start creating your worksheet!

Play around with the different question types, see what works best!

When you are done with your first question, click "done" and start with question 2 by clicking "add item"

Wow you are now already done with 2 questions, it is time to bring it up a notch and start playing around with adding images and videos!! You do that super easy by going to the top menu click on insert, and take a pick!
